Collin Cherubim

I'm a NASA Hubble Fellow at the University of Chicago where I combine theory and observation to research exoplanets. I hold a Ph.D. from Harvard University Earth & Planetary Sciences and B.S. and M.S. degrees in chemistry from Carnegie Mellon University where I conducted research on nucleic acids and biophysical properties of PNA. I formerly taught chemistry and physics teacher at Roxbury Prep Charter School in Boston, MA and Casablanca American School in Morocco. I also manage a small team of tutors and mentors who help high school students achieve their dreams, no matter where they're from (International Tutors).
I founded eta Earth as a conduit to relay the wonders of science to curious minds of all backgrounds. I ensure that my posts and featured posts from fellow scientists and students are well researched, considerate, and honest. We aim to inspire, share ideas, and learn from each other.
